Course Information:

The participant can:

  • State the safety rules that apply when disabling power manually at the high-voltage on-board electrical system, and when performing the voltage proof test and the insulation resistance test
  • Describe the qualification concept for carrying out the special high voltage tests
  • Safely carry out the process for disabling power manually at the high-voltage on-board electrical system
  • Complete the voltage proof test process on hybrid transmissions
  • Carry out insulation resistance tests on high-voltage cabling.
  • State the special considerations in the workshop process, with the special tools and workshop equipment
  • Apply the required work instructions (WIS documentation)
  • Complete the required documentation.

  • Insulation resistance tests on high-voltage vehicles

Together with a minimum of 1 High Voltage Product Course or:

Additional Information

All participants must have their own D5 user details. The user account must be functioning and include access to GTLS and WIS as a minimum requirement.
