Course Information:

During this two-day course you will gain a full understanding of all fundamentals of the above model series.

Course Objective:

To ensure that all delegates gain a full understanding of the 907 and 910 model series in order to meet with BER requirements and repair vehicles to the manufacturer standards in order to keep our customers business moving.

  • An understanding of the model and major assembly of the model series
  • Maintenance intervals, oli filing capacities and special features
  • Electric systems – in specific power supply, locations, fuses and voltage dip limiter
  • Exterior Lighting – headlamp and rear lamp variants
  • Instrument cluster and steering wheel variants
  • Parameterizable Special Module (PSM) – hardware, authorisation, trailer hitch etc
  • Networking – new features of the model series
  • Drive Systems: drivetrain, comfort, safety and telecommunications
  • Engine Specifications for 907
  • FWD model series 910 – overview, special features, suspension etc and 910
  • New Products and features, such as ESP
  • Overview of Telematics – MBUX
  • Overview of Mercedes PRO
  • Driver Assistance Systems in details
  • Perform initial repair work on the new systems in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
  • Perform initial diagnostic steps required to repair the systems

Delegates must have completed T1713E Market Launch Sprinter Model Series 907 /910 eLearning, before attending this course. Any delegates who have not completed the course pre-requisite upon arrival will not be allowed to attend the course.

All participants must have their own D5 user details. The user account must be functioning and include access to GTLS and WIS as a minimum requirement.
