This course covers the Vito Model Series 447.6 / 7 / 8 (N1 and M1 Approval) and Sprinter BR 910.6
 -  Task, design and function of high-voltage components on the vehicle
 -  Procedure for enabling and restarting the high-voltage system
 -  Execution of the activation and restart of the HV system
 -  System networking and integration in the overall vehicle network
 -  Diagnostic work on the vehicle
 -  Repair notes e.g. installation/removal of components
 -  Practical work on the vehicle and system
 -  Transportability of HV batteries

The delegate will cover the following elements:

  • Describe and carry out the necessary safety measures when working on the e-vehicle 
  • Understand the task, design, function and location of the high-voltage components on the vehicle 
  • Professionally perform the preparatory processes and service-relevant work on the vehicle 
  • Perform the activation and restart of the HV system
    •  -  Perform diagnostic work on the vehicle's high-voltage system
    •  -  Check the transportability of HV batteries
